<p>In gradina s-a copt murea, am mancat mare parte din ea  proaspata, dar a mai ramas si de un desert . E  o prajitura rapida , si usor de facut . Zaharul brun ii da o delicioasa aroma de caramel. Puteti folosi mure congeata , va fi la fel de delicioasa !</p>

<h3>Ingrediente:</h3>
<p>200 gr faina</p>
<p>125 ml lapte</p>
<p>85 gr unt</p>
<p>110 gr zahar brun</p>
<p>2 oua mari</p>
<p>2 lingurite praf de copt</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>2 pere galbene curatate si taiate felii groase</p>
<p>o jumatate cana mure</p>
<p>1 lingurita scortisoara macinata</p>
<p>Preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru aceasta prrajitura avem nevoie de o tava de 25/30 cm .</p>
<p>Ouale impreuna cu zaharul se mixeaza 10 minute. Ouale trebuie sa isi tripleze volumul, doar asa blatul va iesi pufos. Punem aptele la incalzit impreuna cu untul doar pana ce acesta se topeste. Faina se amesteca cu praful de copt scortisoara si sarea, apoi se incorporeaza peste oua, alternanad cu laptele amestecat cu unt. Se amesteca pana aluatul este omogen , apoi se toarna intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Deasupra se pun felii de pere si mure, fructele se apasa usor in aluat. Peste se pun fulgii de migdale. Se introduce in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade pt aproximativ 45 minute.  Dupa ce e gata o lasam la racit ,  zahar pudra (optional) si servim . Pofta buna!</p>

<h2>Tort cu mure si cafea</h2>
<p>Va place aroma de cafea? Si murele? Noua da 😉 Asa ca le-am pus intr-un tort  delicios . Blat umed si ciocolatos si o crema fina de cafea. Extra mure de padure, super aromata 🙂</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<h2>Blat umed ( forma 20 cm)</h2>
<ul>
<li>150 faina</li>
<li>25 gr cacao de buna calitate</li>
<li>2 oua</li>
<li>125 zahar</li>
<li>75 ml cafea calda</li>
<li>125 gr iaurt</li>
<li>75 ml ulei</li>
<li>1 lingurita praf de copt</li>
<li>1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</li>
<li>un praf de sare</li>
</ul>
<p>Ouale le  amestecam cu zaharul, adaugam uleiul, cafeaua, iaurtul, sarea. Folosim doar telul. La final adaugam faina amestecata cu cacaua si praful de copt , bicarbonatul. Amestecam totul cu telul pana se omogenizeaza. Turnam compozitia in tava de copt, tapetata pe fund cu hartie de copt. Eu invelesc tava de copt cu folie de aluminiu pe marginile exterioare in parte de la mijloc in jos. Mi se pare ca atunci blatul creste mai frumos. Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade timp de 40-50 minute. Il scoatem din cuptor si il lasam sa se raceasca 5 minute, apoi il scoatem din tava si il lasam la racit pe un gratar.</p>

<h2><span style="font-size: large;">Crema cafea :</span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">150 gr unt ,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">200 gr zahar pudra,</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">250 gr crema de branza ( philadelphia, Goldessa, exquisa)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">100 gr ciocolata alba</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">un plic de cafea 3 in 1</span></li>
</ul>
<p>Untul la temp camerei se mixeaza cu zaharul pudra si cafeaua cam 5 minute , apoi se adauga si crema de branza si mai mixam 1 minut. Intre timp topim ciocolata alba pe baie de aburi apoi o adaugam la crema si mixam doar pana se incorporeaza. O dam la rece cam 5-10 minute, feliem blatul in 3 .</p>

<h2>Crema de mure:</h2>
<ul>
<li>200 gr mure, proaspete sau congelate</li>
<li>100 ml apa</li>
<li>2 linguri zahar brun / alb</li>
<li>1 lingura zeama de lamaie</li>
<li>1 lingura plina amidon</li>
</ul>
<p>Murea, zaharul , apa si zeama de lamaie se pun intr- o tigaie pe foc si se lasa pana murea se inmoaie. O presam usor cu o lingura de lemn, pt a o sfarma. Lasam totul pe foc pana scade usor lichidul si devine mai gros. La final adaugam amidonul , amestecam bine si apoi oprim focul. Lasam murea sa se raceasca. Acum putem trece la asamblat tortul.</p>

<p>Prima data punem un blat, apoi il ungem cu 1/3 din gem. Urmeaza 1/3 din crema, continuam la fel pentru toate cele 3 blaturi. La urma il ornam cu mure proaspata. Il dam la rece minim 3 ore . Enjoy !</p>

<h2>Rulada de ciocolata cu mascarpone si mure</h2>
<p>Una dintre cele mai bune rulade pe care le-am gustat. Se face foarte usor in 30 minute e gata, la frigider inca o ora si e gata de servire.</p>
<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Blat :</p>
<p>4 oua</p>
<p>4 linguri zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri faina</p>
<p>3 linguri cacao</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>60 gr unt topit si racit</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>200 gr mascarpone</p>
<p>100 ml smantana pt  frisca</p>
<p>2 linguri miere</p>
<p>1 lingura zeama lamaie</p>
<p>1 lingura gem de mure si cateva bucati de mure proaspata/congelata</p>
<p>cacao pt ornat</p>
<p>Prima data facem blatul: ouale le mixam cu zaharul pana se albesc si isi tripleaza volumul, apoi adaugam faina amestecata cu cacao si praful de sare. La urma turnam si untul topit cu grija intr-o margine si cu o spatula amestecam usor pana se incorporeaza. Turnam amestecul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt( eu am folosit tava de cuptor), si il dam la cuptor la 180 grade pentru 10 minute. Apoi rasturnam blatul peste un prosop de bucatarie curat usor umezit , luam hartia de copt de pe blat si rulam blatul in prosop.</p>
<p>Cat timp blatul se raceste, batem frisca adaugam crema mascarpone, mierea si zeama de lamaie , amestecam cu un mixer usor pana se incorporeaza apoi adaugam gemul si amestecam usor cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Desfacem blatul si impartim crema in mod egal peste el , punem murele proaspete si rulam rulada cu grija cat de strans putem. Deasupra pudram cacaoa. Dam la frigider minim o ora apoi putem servi . Enjoy!</p>
