<p>Gustul fin si combinatia de arome ma face sa apreciez in fiecare zi, tot mai mult, acest tip de tort. Realizarea lui nu este complicata insa necesita mai mult timp. Fiecare imbucatura insa, merita asteptarea.</p>
<p>Am ales un blat din albusuri si migdale, un financier, crocant de praline si cioclata alba, jeleu de fructe rosii si mousse de ciocolata alba. Parfumat si extrem de gustos !</p>

<p>De mult ma pregatesc sa public aceasta reteta. Dupa mai multe incercari am ajuns la rezultatul dorit de mine.</p>
<p>Cremele sa fie pufoase, cremoase, iar blatul usor umed si foarte fraged. Glazura oglinda, completeaza perfect acest tort minunat.</p>

<p>Zmeura si ciocolata, una dintre cele mai grozave combinatii.</p>
<p>Asadar a ajuns in tortul Noire, blat umed de cacao, mousse de ciocolata, zmeura proaspata si glazura oglinda.</p>
<p>Am servit o felie generoasa, deoarece e atat de bun !</p>

<p>Daca va place ciocolata , gustul dulce acrisor al cremei mousse de capsuni, trebuie sa incercati acest tort. Se preapara usor  si este fresh si aromat.</p>

<h2>Blat nuca :</h2>

<li>80 gr zahar</li>

<p>Prima data pregatim crocantul de nuci : zaharul il caramelizam , nucile le taiem grosier. Pe o hartie de copt punem nucile, apoi peste ele turnam zaharul caramelizat. Eu le acopar tot cu hartie cerata si apoi cu o lingura le presez , astefel incat sa cuprinda zaharul topit toata nuca.</p>
<p>Apoi urmeaza sa batem albusurile impreuna cu zaharul pana isi tripleaza volumul si devin tepene si lucioase. Adaugam uleiul , galbenusurile, nucile macinate , faina, si nucile caramelizate. Amestecam cu o spatula de jos in sus pana se incorporeaza toate. Atentie sa nu amesetcam prea mult deoarece atunci albusurile se vor desumfla.</p>
<p>Pe o hartie de copt desenam 2 cercuri cu diametru de 18 cm si apoi punem compozitia impartita in 2 .  Cocem i n cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade timp de 15-20  miute, pana s-au rumenit frumos deasupra. Le lasam sa se raceasca complet pe hartia cerata. Apoi cu un cutit le desprindem usor usor de foaia de copt.</p>

<h2>Mousse nuci :</h2>
<p>120 gr nuci maruntite , nu foarte marunt</p>
<p>300 ml frisca + 50 gr zahar</p>
<p>10 gr gelatina</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>50 ml lapte</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>60 gr zahar</p>
<p>1 lingurita coaja de lamaie razuita</p>
<p>Galbenusurile se amesteca, cu un tel ,  cu 60 gr zahar si 50 ml lapte. Se pun pe foc , la foc mic spre mediu. O tinem pe foc , invartind mereu  cu o lingura de lemn pana incepe sa se ingroase, apox  5 minute. Nu are voie sa fiarba, deoarece atunci ouale se coaguleaza. Temperatura cremei nu trebuie sa depaseasca 80 grade celsius. Apoi se ia de pe foc si se adauga gelatina hidratata in apa . Crema se lasa la racit 20-30 minute.</p>
<p>Luam forma rotunda de tort sau inelul reglabil ,m si punem primul blat.</p>
<p>Batem frisca cu zaharul , adaugam coaja de lamaie, nucile si crema de oua. Amestecam cu grija si turnam peste primul blat.</p>
<p>Punem al 2-lea blat deasupra . Apoi pregatim cea de-a 2 crema :</p>
<h2>Mousse de miere :</h2>
<p>3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>80 gr miere</p>
<p>200 ml frisca</p>
<p>1 lingurita coaja de lamaie + 1 lingura zeama de lamaie</p>
<p>50 ml lapte</p>
<p>5 gr gelatina hidratata in 50 ml apa rece</p>
<p>Amestecam galbenusurile cu mierea si laptele si le punem la foc mic. Amestecam mereu. O tinem pe foc , invartind mereu  cu o lingura de lemn pana incepe sa se ingroase, apox  5 minute. Nu are voie sa fiarba, deoarece atunci ouale se coaguleaza. Temperatura cremei nu trebuie sa depaseasca 80 grade celsius. Apoi se ia de pe foc si se adauga gelatina hidratata in apa . Crema se lasa la racit 20-30 minute.</p>
<p>Batem frisca tare, adaugam zeama de lamaie, mixam usor , apoi coaja de lamaie si la final adaugam crema de oua . Amestecam usor cu o spatula pana la incorporare. Turnam crema peste blat si dam la rece pana a 2 zi.</p>
<h2>Glazura oglinda caramel:</h2>
<ul>
<li>95 gr zahar</li>
<li>150 ml lapte</li>
<li>30 gr unt</li>
<li>7 gr amidon</li>
<li>4 gr gelatina hidratata in 40 ml apa rece</li>
</ul>
<p>Zaharul se pune la caramelizat, apoi se  aduga untul , invartim cu o lingura de lemn pana se topeste de tot. Adaugam laptele caldut si lasam sa fiarba 1-2 minute la foc mic. Amidonul il amestecam cu o lingura de apa rece . Il turnam peste caramel. Invartim si asteptam pana se ingroasa usor , 2-3 minute. Apoi il luam de pe foc si adaugam gelatina hidratata in apa . Amestecam bine . Glazura trebuie sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei, apoi o turnam peste mousse-ul de miere.</p>
<h2>Ornamente de zahar :</h2>
<ul>
<li>25 ml suc portocale prosapat stors</li>
<li>50 gr zahar pudra</li>
<li>25 gr nuci macinate</li>
<li>10 gr faina</li>
<li>25 gr unt</li>
</ul>
<p>Untul cu sucul de portocale il punem pe foc, dupa ce s-a topit untul, il luam de pe foc si apoi adaugam nucile macinate fin , zaharul pudra si faina. Punem cate o jumatate de lingurita pe hartie de copt la distanta de 10 cm . Dam la cuptor la 180 grade timp de 7-9 miute . Cand le scoatem vor fi plate noi le punem modela cum dorim in primele 6-7 secunde, dupa ce se intaresc devin casabile.</p>

<p>Imi place atunci cand merg la aniversarea unor persoana dragi mie sa le pregatesc cate un tort :). Asa am facut si acest <strong><em>tort</em></strong>. Vroiam ceva usor, cu o crema delicioasa si de sezon , asa ca am ales portocala, care merge de minune cu ciocolata.</p>

<h2>Ingrediente tort ciocolata si  portocale :</h2>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">Blat :</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">4 oua</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">4 linguri zahar</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">6 linguri faina</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">1 lingura cacao</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">un praf de sare</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">40 gr unt topit si racit</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">Pentru blat am folosit tava cuptorului .Prima data facem blatul: ouale le mixam cu zaharul pana se albesc si isi tripleaza volumul, apoi adaugam faina amestecata cu praful de sare. La urma turnam si untul topit cu grija intr-o margine si cu o spatula amestecam usor pana se incorporeaza. Din aceasta compozitie luam 3 linguri pline si le punem separat, apoi le amestecam usor cu cacao. Cu o lingurita mica punem pe hartia de copt cateva dungi , precum vedeti in fotografie. Peste turnam cealalta compozitie, Dam la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade 10-12 minute, apoi o scoatem si il punem sa se raceasca.<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="alignnone wp-image-710" src="http://luckycake.ro/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/DSC_1328.jpg" alt="" width="470" height="340" /></p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">Tava pe care am folosit-o pentru asamblarea tortului este rotunda si are diametru de 20 cm, dar la fel de bine puteti folosi si una de 18 cm,va iesi mai inalt tortul ,si inaltimea de 12 cm. Din foaia de rulada, taiem o fasie pe lungime, cat tava de inalta,masuram si vedem de cat mai e nevoie pentru a acoperi peretii laterali complet. Din ceea ce ramane facem baza, adica acoperim fundul tavii.</p>
<h2 style="color: #4d2614;">Crema de ciocolata:</h2>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">200 ml smantana pt frisca</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">200 crema de branza Philadelphia</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">300 gr ciocolata neagra</p>
<h2 style="color: #4d2614;">Mousse  de portocale:</h2>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">200 ml smantana pt frisca</p>
<p style="color: #4d2614;">2 linguri zahar</p>
<p>400 ml suc de portocale( suc proaspat stors sau 100% natural)</p>
<p>4 galbenusuri</p>
<p>4 linguri amidon</p>
<p>50 grame zahar</p>
<p>6 foi gelatina</p>
<p>Batem frisca toata , cele 400 ml deodata, impreuna cu cele 2 linguri de zahar. O dam la rece. Punem gelatina la inmuiat.Sucul de portocale il punem la incalzit, galbenusurile le batem cu zaharul pana se albesc apoi adaugam amidonul si amestecam bine.Cand sucul este fierbinte ,fara a fierbe, adaugam amestecul de galbenusuri si il punem inapoi pe foc mic spre mediu amestecam tot timpul pana incepe sa se ingroase. Il luam de pe foc  si apoi adaugam foile de gelatina pe rand,amestecam bine.Lasam la racit 10 minute.</p>
<p>Topim ciocolata, pe baie de aburi. Separat mixam crema de branza pana se inmoaie usor , apoi adaugam jumatate din cantitatea de frisca. Acum adaugam ciocolata topita. Amestecam bine. Jumatate din crema de ciocolata am pus-o peste blat, cealalta jumatate am lasat-o deoparte. Peste crema de portocala,care este la temp camerei punem frisca ramasa, amestecam usor pana se incorporeaza.Turnam toata crema de portocale peste cea de ciocolata. Urmeaza cealalta jumatate din crema de ciocolata. Daca s-a intarit prea tare , o punem 2-4 secunde la microunde pana se inmoaie usor si o putem intinde. Incercam sa nivelam bine , apoi o dam la rece minim 2 ore.</p>
<p>Pentru jeleu:</p>
<p>1 plic tort gelee transparent</p>
<p>250 ml suc de mere sau portocale</p>
<p>1 jumatate portocala taiata felii de 3-4 mm.</p>
<p>Tortul trebuie sa fie cu 1 cm mai jos decat marginea tavii. Asta pentru a putea turna jeleul. Feliile de portocala le asezam peste crema de ciocolata si apoi pregatim jeleul conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj.Turnam usor cu o lingura un strat subtire de jeleu, apoi il turnam pe tot uniform. Il lasam la rece de preferat peste noapte.</p>

<p>Un<strong><em> tort</em></strong> exotic, delicios si usor de facut . Piticul meu a fost innebunit dupa jeleul din fructul pasiunii, deci cu siguranta il vom repeta !</p>
<h2>Ingrediente tort :</h2>
<p>Blat cacao</p>
<address>100 gr faina</address>
<address>50 ml apa clocotita</address>
<address>2 oua mari</address>
<address>30 ml lapte</address>
<address>115  gr zahar</address>
<address>30 gr cacao</address>
<address>1/2 lingurita praf copt</address>
<address>1/2 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu</address>
<address>50 gr unt topit </address>
<p>Apa clocotita o amestecam cu cacaoa si zaharul, adaugam untul topit si racit, laptele cald si apoi incorporam ouale iar la final faina amestecata cu praful de copt si bicarbonatul. Coacem intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie de copt ( 20 cm forma) timp de 25 minute la 180 grade.Apoi il scoatem din cuptor si il lasam sa se raceasca, il sectionam in 2.</p>
<h2>Mousse de mango:</h2>
<address>2 buc mango copt</address>
<address>3 linguri miere</address>
<address>4 foi gelatina</address>
<address>200 ml smantana pt frisca</address>
<p>Mango il curatam, pulpa o blenduim, o amestecam cu mierea, apoi frisca o batem bine, pana e ferma si adaugam cate o lingura in mango pana o incorporam toata, Gelatina o hidratam si apoi o topim pe baie de aburi . O adaugam la mousse-ul de mango si amestecam usor pana se incorporeaza. Primului blat ii taiem un cm de jur imprejur si il punem in forma de copt ( preferabil cu pereti detasabili, daca nu avem , punem o folie alimentara . ) Peste el turnam mousse-ul de mango si dam la frigider.</p>
<h2>Mousse de lapte condensat</h2>
<address>200 gr lapte condensat( o jumatate de cutie )</address>
<address>200 ml frisca lichida</address>
<address>4 foi gelatina</address>
<p>Frisca o batem bine , apoi o amestecam cu laptele condensat si adaugam gelatina hidratata in apa rece si apoi topita pe baie de aburi.</p>
<p>Punem peste tort al 2 -lea blat( tot asa, taiat 1 cm roata din blat) si apoi turnam mousse-ul de lapte condensat.Il lasam la frigider 20 minute. Intre timp pregatim jeleul de fructul pasiunii :</p>
<address>4 buc fructul pasiunii</address>
<address>70 ml apa</address>
<address>1 lingurita miere</address>
<address>1 foaie gelatina</address>
<p>Scoatem miezul din fructul pasiunii, incalzim apa , gelatina o hidratam si apoi o punem in apa aproape fierbinte , care nu se mai afla pe foc,amestecam pana se dizolva. O lasam deoparte pana ajunge la temperatura camerei, apoi o amestecam cu fructul pasiunii si lingurita de miere. Turnam jeleul peste tort si dam la frigider minim 2 ore. Pentru o scoate tortul din forma mergem cu cutitul pe marginea acestuia cu grija si apoi desprindem inelul. Pe margini ornam cu bucati de ciocolata . Enjoy!</p>
