<h2>Macarons ( bezea clasica)</h2>
<p>Deoarece la mine in casa aerul este foarte umed , si  <strong><em>macarons</em> </strong>necesita uscare , timpul de asteptare era destul de lung. Asa ca m-am hotarat sa incerc si cu bezeaua clasica in locul celei cu sirop de zahar.</p>

<h2> Ingrediente macarons :</h2>
<p><span style="color: #4d2614;">140 gr faina migdale</span><br style="color: #4d2614;" /><span style="color: #4d2614;">140 gr zahar pudra</span><br style="color: #4d2614;" /><span style="color: #4d2614;">100 gr albus la temp camerei</span><br style="color: #4d2614;" /><span style="color: #4d2614;">100 gr zahar tos</span></p>

<address><span style="color: #222222;">Vasul in care vom bate albusurile trebuie sa fie perfect curat, atentie sa nu scapati galbenus in albus, deoarece nu se vor mai bate. </span></address>
<address><span style="color: #222222;">Albusurile le mixam pana incep sa prinda volum apoi adaugam zaharul , cate o lingura, pe rand , continuam sa mixam pana cand bezeaua este ferma si lucioasa. Daca folosim colorant acum il adaugam ( gel sau pudra) si mixam pana se uniformizeaza culoarea.  Faina de migdale o amestecam cu zaharul praf si o cernem impreuna . Peste bezea punem 1/3 din faina amestecam cu miscari de jos in sus pana se omogenizeaza, adaugam inca 1/3 , procedam la fel, apoi adaugam si restul de faina . Acum amestecam cu miscari circulare , intre 30-40 miscari . Atentie trebuie sa ajungem cu spatula si pe fundul vasului. </span></address>
<address><span style="color: #222222;"><strong>Macaronajul</strong>, sau amestecarea inceteaza in momentul in care bezeau curge in fir gros , formand o funda , si este lucioasa. <span style="color: #4d2614;">Transferam amestecul intr-un pos cu dui cu varf rotund. Punem pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt , aluatul sub forma de cercuri de 3 cm diametru . Eu am avut nevoie de 2 tavi , trebuie lasat distanta intre macarons deoarece se latesc. Ridicam tava la 10 cm deasupra mesei de lucru si o lasam sa cada. Repetam de 3 ori, pt a iesi aerul afara. </span></span></address>
<address><span style="color: #222222;"><span style="color: #4d2614;">Apoi le lasam sa stea minim o ora min inainte de a fi bagate la cuptor. Cuptorul il preincalzim la 120- 130 grade si apoi dam cate o tava la cuptor timp de 20 min. Dupa 20 min eu am crescut temp la 130 – 140 grade pt 3-4 min. Le scoatem si le lasam sa se raceasca de tot . Eu am folosit migdale crude pe care le-am macinat cu rasnita pana s-au transformat in faina de migdale. Temp si timpul de coacere difera in functie cuptor , mie mi-au trebuit 2 incercari pt a vedea temperatura optima. Pt umplutura am folosit 200 gr crema de branza si 140 gr ciocolata alba. Topim ciocolata alba pe baie de aburi si apoi adaugam crema de branza , mixam cu telul pana devine omogena. O dam la frigider cam 15-20 minute pana se intareste usor apoi o folosim pentru a umple macarons. </span></span></address>
<address><span style="color: #222222;"><span style="color: #4d2614;">Optional putem adauga si cateva bucatele de zmeura . Sper sa reusiti din prima , daca nu mai incercati , temperatura si timpul de coacere difera foarte mult de la un cuptor la altul. Eu am cuptor electric si am folosit caldura de sus si jos, fara ventilatie . Enjoy ! </span></span></address>
